Chainsaw (Forestry Equipment)

Chainsaw

A chainsaw is a type of saw used mostly in the logging industry to fell trees. The cutting apparatus, or teeth, on a chainsaw are positioned on an endless chain that is pulled around a bar at a high speed. Chainsaws are powered by gasoline or a hydraulic or electric motor.
